Our Operating Partners earn a bi-weekly base pay and participate in a profit sharing plan, paid monthly, which can equate to an excess of $100,000 annually, plus benefits!! CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Find, motivate and keep great people
Lead in such a way that others want to follow
Ensure employees and Assistant Managers are trained to standard using Sonic proven training methods which includes all eLearning certification requirements
Effective execution of shift management techniques such as deployment, primary and secondary responsibilities, scheduling breaks and labor management
Manage weekly inventory levels, rotation, tempering, dating of product and establish product par levels to ensure our awesome food is served fresh and fast
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Ability to multi-task
Develop and/or implement appropriate action and marketing plans in order to grow sales and improve community relations
Grow sales and profits in a healthy and sustainable way
