Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the Operating Partner in managing the operations of the drive-in. You will actively be involved in training and supporting our employees to provide the very best food quality and service in the quick serve industry! CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Positively train, coach and manage employees to ensure our guests are satisfied every time
Effectively execute shift management techniques such as deployment, primary and secondary responsibilities, scheduling breaks and labor management
Assist with weekly inventory levels, rotation, tempering, dating product and establish product par levels to ensure our great food is served fresh and fast

Ensure employees are adhering to company policies and procedures
